Who?

Mentors
Most people have mentors in their life e.g. favourite uncles or aunts, teachers, clergy, coaches, club officers, managers and work colleagues -  special people that have maintained their interest and guidance. These mentors are respected because they don't have to help and offer guidance and advice, but they do for the sake of learning and development of the mentee.

Mentees
A mentee (or learner) is someone seeking advice and guidance from a mentor. Mentees who communicate regularly with their mentors, asking for guidance and clarification, usually learn and develop rapidly.

Community
The most successful mentoring programs are often learning communities where more experienced members help less experienced members, and mentors and mentees interact with each other to share their mentoring practice. Online is an ideal means to foster this spirit.
