International scholarships

Whilst BNIT does not directly provide scholarships to students, there are scholarship programs available to international students through external bodies. In fact, currently at BNIT there are several students enrolled in various scholarship programs from a range of different countries.

These students obtained their scholarships through Australia Awards. Australia Awards are an Australian Government initiative designed to promote knowledge, education links and enduring ties between Australia, our neighbours and the global community.

Australia Awards include the AusAid Awards (development stream) administered by the Australian Agency for International Development and the Endeavour Awards (achievement stream) administered by the Federal Government's Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations. They provide a range of opportunities for study, research and professional development in Australia.
