Customer service centres

There are four campus-based Customer Service and Information Centres and a Customer Service Contact Centre for phone and email enquiries at BNIT.

Contact our Customer Service Centres for general enquiries, course enquiries, payments and enrolment information for our wide range of programs.

Opening hours are as follows.

Caboolture, Redcliffe, Bracken Ridge and Ithaca campuses:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 4:00pm.
Friday: 9:30am to 4:00pm.

(excluding public holidays)

Please note there are no cash-out facilities available at our Customer Service Centres however there is an ATM available for student use at the Caboolture, Ithaca and Bracken Ridge campuses.
